What I Do
As a Latina rooted in the music of many cultures,
I facilitate experiences to cultivate
compassion, curiosity, and connection.
By all accounts, you’ve “made it.”
You worked hard in school, you got that job,
you made it to the table your parents could only have dreamed of.
“Ponte las pilas” felt like your whole identity for the longest time.
So now what?
You feel that you’re still bracing for something but can’t point to it.
You’re showing up for work, for familia, for everyone counting on you and
the noise never ends. Sometimes you don’t even notice it anymore.
That’s where music comes in.

Modalities
Immersive experience to help calm the nervous system. Music helps to physically relax, lower stress levels, and support wellness. Go from human doing to human being.
Finding your voice alongside others. No musical experience is needed as we improvise - or make it up on the spot - together. Music that lifts your mood, promotes bonding, and makes you stop and take a breath.
A collective release. No musical experience is needed, just a willingness to find a rhythm with others. Music that is engaging, encourages self-awareness, helps with fostering connections, and makes you feel good.
